What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no user data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
Project content, checklist details, preferences, and activity created inside the Application are intended to remain on your device unless you remove them through available app controls, clear app data, or uninstall the Application. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider outside the Application, that correspondence may be retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations.
Data Deletion
You may delete locally stored Application data by clearing app data on your device or uninstalling the Application. If you have voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider by email or another direct channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting cara4quarry@gmail.com.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. Directly provided information can be handled through the deletion request process above.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version with an effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting cara4quarry@gmail.com.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
